Jeff grew up in central North Carolina and moved to Wilmington in 2003. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Management and Finance from UNC-Charlotte and moved to Wilmington where he worked in the event facilities for UNCW supervising employees and managing events for 8 years. He then decided to continue his education and graduated with his MBA from UNC Wilmington in 2010. Jeff knew he wanted a change, so he started his real estate business with Century 21® Sweyer and Associates in 2011. During his first full year with real estate, Jeff conducted 37 real estate transactions and earned the Century 21® Centurion Award, putting him in the top 2% of all Century 21 real estate agents. The average realtor sells only about 6-8 homes per year. By 2015, Jeff doubled his sales from that first year and earned his first of many Double Centurion Awards, which put him in the top 1% of Century 21® agents. In 2020, Jeff earned the prestigious Century 21® Grand Centurion Award for over $40 million in sales volume, the top award in the Century 21® system. In his ten year career so far, Jeff has completed over 850 real estate transactions and over $170 million in sales volume. In his free time, Jeff enjoys spending time with friends, boating, listening to books on Audible, and traveling. Part of his traveling includes attending nationwide conferences and networking with other top agents around the country. Jeff always seeks opportunities to improve the client experience. Ashli moved to Wilmington from Florida with her family when she was 14. She graduated with her Bachelor’s in Entrepreneurship and Business Development from UNC Wilmington and started working with Jeff’s Dream Team in 2019. Ashli currently manages the listings, closings, and overall operations, so if you have bought or sold with us, you have likely spoken with her on the phone. In her free time, Ashli loves taking her pup Ruka on adventures, drinking coffee from cute mugs, and soaking up the coastal sun.
Brenna Wright

Brenna moved to Wilmington in 2003 where she earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s from UNC Wilmington. After teaching high school English for the past nine years, Brenna packed up her classroom and began her full-time position as the business development coordinator for Jeff Lesley, RE, Inc. She writes our ad copies, newsletters, runs our social media, coordinates our events, organizes giveaways, and makes sure our vendors and clients are well appreciated. In her free time, Brenna enjoys spending time on the water with her husband, cuddling her four cats, and traveling as often as possible.

Hannah grew up in Kinston, North Carolina and graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelors in Interior Design. After earning her real estate license, she moved to the Wilmington area and joined the JL Dream Team as our Service Coordinator. Hannah makes sure that all clients receive top priority treatment during the process of buying or selling a home. She offers enthusiasm, patience, and professionalism in order to make your transaction with Jeff Lesley a pleasurable experience. In her free time, Hannah enjoys taking her dog Lola on walks around the Wrightsville Beach loop, working out, and spending time on the water.
